We are the leading charity in the West Midlands and support hundreds of adults with autism and those who love and care for them. Our passionate, caring staff and volunteers work across all age groups and abilities, providing direct support to people with autism.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring Resource Centre Coordinator to join our team based at our Oakfield House location.

As a Resource Centre Coordinator, you will support the Registered Care Manager in the effective functioning of the service. Line managing, coordinating and leading the work of Resource Centre staff in providing meaningful activities (such as swimming, arts and crafts, gardening and health and fitness) to support people living Oakfield House. In addition to leading the team when on duty, you will also work in a ‘hands on’ capacity.

You will play a key role in auditing aspects of the service and take responsibility, along with other members of the Management Team, for ensuring the service is compliant with CQC standards. You will share ‘on call’ responsibilities with other senior members of the team.

It is an essential requirement for the post holder to have a full UK drivers licence.

This position is for 37 hours per week across Monday to Friday between 9.00am- 5.00pm.
